  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa

🚛 Shipping Method

We use Aramex Store-to-Door delivery to ensure reliable and nationwide shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details (where available) to monitor your delivery.

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Remote delivery locations

Please note:
CalmNest cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.


📍 Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate.

CalmNest will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


📬 Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

We will assist in investigating the issue with the courier. However, CalmNest is not liable for parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier.
